Information
Augustus Saint-Gaudens was the foremost sculptor in the United States.
This property was Saint-Gaudens summer home for many years, and his
permanent home until his death in 1900. His best known works are the
Shaw Memorial in the Boston Commons, General Sherman at the entrance
of New York's Central Park, and the seated Lincoln in Chicago. For more
