North Hampton State Beach

Location: Route 1A, North Hampton

Activities: Swimming, picnicking

Amenities: Bathhouse, lifeguards, sandy beach

Fee: Parking Meters are located along Route 1A and accept quarters and tokens only. If quarters are used, the rate is $1.50 per hour. Tokens cost $5 each for and are good for four hours. Tokens can be purchased at change machines at the following locations:

* Parking lot south of the Hampton Seashell complex - south end and north end
* Restroom on Ross Avenue
* Restrooms at North Beach, Jenness Beach and North Hampton State Beach

Hours of meter operation are 8:00am to midnight, seven days a week, from May 1st through October 1st.

Operation Schedule: The beach is open daily from May 24 through October 13, 2008. Lifeguards are on duty from 10:00am-4:45pm daily from June 14 through September 1, 2008.
