Activities: Activities in the park include swimming, fishing, picnicking, and RV camping with full hook-ups in the campground area.

Amenities: Hampton Beach State Park provides year-round recreation, with Atlantic ocean-front facilities stretching along miles of sandy beach. The area also includes a band shell amphitheater, public information services, comfort station, and first aid.

Fees: Weekdays: $10.00 per car; $14.00 per RV

Parking Meters: Parking meters are enforced in this area.
Hours of operation for meters are 8:00am to midnight, seven days a week, from May 1 through October 1.

Parking Meters are located along Route 1A and accept quarters and tokens only.

If quarters are used, the rate is $1.50 per hour. Tokens cost $5 each for and are good for four hours.

Tokens can be purchased at change machines at the following locations:
- Parking lot south of the Hampton Seashell complex
- south end and north end
- Restroom on Ross Avenue
- Restrooms at North Beach, Jenness Beach and North Hampton State Beach

Operation Schedule: Day-Use Weekends: Early-May to Mid-June
Daily: Mid-June to Labor Day

Camping:$47 (water, electric, & sewer hookups). Rates cover two adults and children under 18 on the site. Each additional adult is charged ½ the site fee per person per night. Each additional adult at the cabins is $7 per person per night. The maximum number of adults per site is 4, except in designated areas.

Camping operational schedule: Pre-season first-come/first-served camping with limited staffing and facilities starting late April; reserved camping with full staffing and facilities starting late May and closing after Labor Day in September; first-come/first-served camping from about September 10 through the end of October.

Campers must be able to hook up to water, sewer, and electricity.

Pets: Pets are not permitted in the park or at the beach. Pets are not permitted in the RV campground from April 1st through mid-September.

More Information: Hampton Beach State Park RV Campground, with 28 sites and a park store, is the only RV park directly on the New Hampshire coast. The park is located at the mouth of the Hampton River and close to many area attractions including whale watching, saltwater fishing, charter boats, sandy beaches, and swimming. The park is located south of the main part of Hampton Beach on Route 1A at the Seabrook/Hampton town line.
