Location: Shelburne, NH

Acreage: 83 acres

Directions:
From Gorham follow Rt. 2 for 3.5 miles East; take left over bridge across Androscoggin River. Head East (right) on North Rd. In 1 mile, Peabody Brook Trail leaves the road on the left. Park on right of road. Follow the trail to enter the property at East end of the trail's brook crossing.
